Ergomo Repairs: What to Expect

What to Expect:

  1. Once we've received your part, it takes 7-10 days to complete most repairs. In some cases, it may take longer for your specific repair. We will inform you if that is the case during the initial conversation.
  2. Return shipping of your product is included in the price. We ship via USPS Priority Mail throughout the United States. If you reside outside of the United States, we will determine the appropriate return method when repairs are completed
  3. On rare occasion, while repairing your product issue another issue may arise. For example, the LCD Display fails a few months after we replace the batteries. We will work with you to resolve the issue at a fair price.
  4. We guarantee repairs for one (1) year! Our guarantee is void for any of the following reasons:
    • You crash your bike.
    • You ride your bike in the rain.
    • You open the CPU.
    • If there is any physical damage.
  5. On rare occasion, you may receive your product from us and it still doesn't work or doesn't work as well as you'd like. Visit our Troubleshooting Page and see if there is a solution to the issue. If no solution is found, please Contact Us and we will support you!
  6. We warranty battery replacement for 6 months if used in conjunction with the most current Ergomo Charger
