Your Ergomo System Running Perfectly = an emPOWERed Training Experience!

Send us your whole system; computer, bottom bracket, download cables, charger and we will ensure that your system is performing at it's optimum. We'll diagnose your bb sensor and let you know the condition of the sensing system and the bearings condition. We also pair the two main components; the computer and the bb sensor, and make sure they are communicating with each other.

In addition to configuration, we refurbish your Ergomo computer, a $95.00 value in itself. CPU refurbishment includes battery replacement, replacement of o-rings and weather sealing, diagnosis of functions, and avfirmware update. If you have never refurbished your CPU, take advantage of this special for that reason alone. If your batteries are starting to go, your power reading accuracy will be affected.

Something to keep in mind with the Send us Your Stuff Special, you will likely need a new charger as well. We highly recommend an upgrade of your old charger to our micro-processor controlled unit as it cuts the charging time in half and your old charger is likely not putting out a complete, full charge any longer. The batteries we install during a refurbishment are higher capacity and the old "box-style" charger is insufficient. The cost for one of these is $68.85 which is $5.00 off of the full price when purchased with the special.

Please indicate to us when you contact us or on your RA form that you would like a new charger. Without a new charger, we cannot guarantee your CPU refurbishment.

UPDATE!

Due to the wonderfully high demand and to make sure all of our customers are taken care of, we are extending the Send us Your Stuff Special till the end of the year or December 31st, 2011. Make sure to take advantage at this price. After the 1st of the year, the price will go up.

To address this in case it was a question for you, we had a customer ask us the other day, "I train during the winter months, can I pre-pay for the special and send in my stuff after my training season is complete." The answer is, Yes! We are happy to do that. Just give us the date we can expect your stuff. We'll add you to our repair cue and you can get the special price while it lasts.
